What We Accept

BQSK offers store credit for:

  • Items damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items received
  • Missing items in your shipment

Store credit can be applied to future wholesale orders.

What We Don’t Accept

We do not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Returns on undamaged items
  • Returns due to overstock

As a wholesale distributor, inventory management is shared between us and our retail partners.

How to Request Store Credit

Email us within 7 days of receiving your order. sales@bqskproducts.com

Include

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
  3. A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and issue store credit promptly if eligible.

Processing Time

Store credit is typically issued within 2–3 business days after review.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are not credited unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
